Jeffrey Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, was an American serial killer and sex offender who murdered 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Dahmer was known for his depraved acts of cannibalism, necrophilia, and dismemberment.
One of Dahmer's hobbies was photography, and he kept a drawer full of Polaroid pictures of his victims. These photos were taken before, during, and after their murders. Many of the pictures showed the victims in various states of undress, and some even showed body parts that had been dismembered.
Dahmer was eventually caught when one of his intended victims managed to escape and alerted the police. When they searched his apartment, they found the photos and other evidence of his crimes. Dahmer confessed to all of the murders and was sentenced to life in prison, where he was later beaten to death by another inmate in 1994.
